Areas of Interest or Fields of Study
I develop curriculum packages, instructional materials and train teachers on how to use them in way that such packages benefit the Learners. I also workshop teachers on how to assess the Learners.
It is also my duty to conduct a research on the challenges and problems faced by teachers when implementing the curriculum packages, and then find a solution to such challenges and problems.
My Wish for Education in Lesotho
I wish education in Lesotho is for it to be responsive to the prevailing ordeal situation of unemployment in the country.
Where i see NCDC in the next 10 years
As a stable and successful integral part of ministry of education, that will only happen when an educational policy is clear about the guidelines.
