My Wish for Education in Lesotho

Our education should be an open gate way of all opportunities to our learners regardless of culture, language, gender or disability. It should develop our learners holistically; personally, socially and professionally, giving them needed 21st century skills to succeed in this new world, helping them to grow the confidence to practice those skills.

Where i see NCDC in the next 10 years

In ten years, I see NCDC being a conducive working place where its employees will apply all occupational skills to solve our education problems. This centre will be good at upskilling and reskilling its employees for them to function well especially in the use of technology and in a new job. NCDC will be making a bigger positive impact in the education of Lesotho through productive and compatible learners groomed by the curriculum designed and developed in the centre.

Major projects i have worked on in my time at NCDC

  • Response to Covid 19 through Accelerated Teaching and Learning (ATL).

  • Director NCDC, LL manager, LL officers and other colleagues from the other four learning areas as well as the support staff.
